Postpartum Recovery program

This 12-Week postpartum plan is created to heal and strengthen your pelvic floor while also toning your body as you recover. It is recommended for those who are cleared by a physician for workouts and can be started immediately.

This program takes you through 3, 4-week sections that are progressively more challenging that will strengthen your pelvic floor and core to allow you to start back with regular strength training exercises after its completion. If you feel you need more time, you can either repeat this program or opt for our customized workout program to guide you through a more personalized approach.

After giving birth to 2 babies myself, I have personally gone through postpartum recovery to heal my pelvic floor and get back to my regular exercise without injury or limitations.

This program includes:

  • On-boarding forms as well as the option to input starting photos and measurements if you choose .

  • A 12-week strength training program that will strengthen your entire body and incorporate pelvic floor recovery as well as focused pelvic floor recovery days.

  • Every 4-weeks you will have an optional check-in to show your progress photos and measurements. This program is not focused on weight loss but rather recovery of your body after birth; that being said, it is likely you might lose inches and possibly weight from your initial postpartum state.
