6-Week Shred

Reach your goals with Shred!

Our Shred program will give you daily workouts and a customized nutrition plan to keep you accountable and reach your goals! You can sign up for continuous shred programs for year long workouts and meal plans (each shred offers a different workout and a different meal plan), or it can be a one time thing to kickstart your fitness and lifestyle habits.

Enrollment is NOT set up automatically to renew, so you need to purchase our program every 6 weeks if you want to do it continuously.

Each 6-week shred is different.

Our Shred dates for 2025 are as follows:

January 6 - February 16

February 17 - March 30

April 7 - May 17

May 26- July 5

July 14 - August 23

September 1 - October 11

October 20 - November 29

You can sign up any time. You will automatically be enrolled into the upcoming Shred, however if you want to join an existing Shred program (for example, you are signing up a week late), just email us and let us know so we can enroll you in the current Shred program instead.
